As a Hispanic and bilingual LPC-Associate, I am passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I became a counselor because I believe everyone deserves a safe, judgment-free place to share their story and work through life’s challenges. My goal is to support and empower you as you navigate your unique path.
I understand that reaching out for help isn’t always easy—financial and systemic barriers can make it feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m committed to making therapy approachable and stress-free, giving you the opportunity to prioritize your well-being in a way that works for you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to guide and support you as we explore your emotions, uncover insights, and find practical tools to help you thrive. Whether you prefer sessions in English or Spanish, we’ll create a space that feels comfortable and supportive.
When working with children, I focus on creating a fun, welcoming environment where they feel safe to express themselves and grow. I believe early support can make a lasting impact, so I use playful, engaging activities to help children build healthy coping skills. I also work closely with families to ensure the progress we make in therapy carries over into everyday life.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, working through emotional struggles, or simply seeking a space to be yourself, I’m here to support you with compassion and care. Together, we can create meaningful change and help you find strength and hope in your journey.
